Terms of cancelation
Free cancellation, up to 3 days before your arrival except mid and high season:
Cancellation fees = 1 night minimum for mid-season stays: Easter, May weekend, and high season July and September.
Cancellation fees up to 21 days before your arrival = 30% of the stay for very high season (August + Gypsy festivals + weekend July 14); after D-21 = 100% of the stay.
If no-show (no show) or in case of interruption of the stay = 100% of the stay will be requested by the hotelier for compensation.
NB: For reservations with reduced rates (last minute + long stay promo) stays are payable in advance and non-refundable.
